Becky Steward Financial Coordinator/Receptionist I’m originally from Utah, but have lived in Las Vegas most of my life. I’ve been married for 36 years, and am the mother of three beautiful daughters and the grandmother of ten wonderful grandchildren. I enjoy doing crafts and anything to do with my family or outdoors. I value our office and the kindness that is shown to everyone that walks in the door. I know our patients have a completely different experience when they come to our office, from our great customer service skills, to the fresh baked cookies they receive on their birthdays and the excellent smiles they leave our practice with! Chris Conklin Insurance Coordinator I moved from North East Ohio to Las Vegas in September 2004 with my husband of 30 years and have been working for Dr. Truman ever since. We have two beautiful daughters, Christine and Lindsey, and our first grand daughter, Juliana Christine, was born last July. I love shopping for my loved ones, cooking, baking, and spending time with family. My role at the office allows me to work closely with our patients and help put their minds at ease by helping them understand their insurance. I love coming to work everyday. We have a great staff; this is my second home! Dr. Truman has such a compassion and respect for all of his patients and staff. He is a wonderful orthodontist and our patients’ smiles are living proof. Stephanie Campbell Treatment Coordinator/Marketing Director I was born and raised in Las Vegas and have an awesome husband. We are expecting our first child in May, and cannot wait to be parents! I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. From the moment our patients walk in, I help them understand how our office is unlike any other. Our rewarding programs, encouraging atmosphere, and skilled orthodontist, attest to the finest quality of treatment we provide. I love my job, because I get to share in the excitement of our patients when they decide to change their lives and smile by joining our ortho family! Wendi Strimback Clinical Assistant/Lab Technician I was born and raised in Southern California. I have a wonderful husband named Danny, and a two year old son, named Travis. I enjoy spending most of my free time with them. Dr. Truman is a great orthodontist and a wonderful boss. He is encouraging, and I am always learning new things. He makes everyone feel welcomed and appreciated in the office. I love being an orthodontic assistant, meeting new people, and making lasting friendships, as well as helping to create beautiful smiles for our patients. Heidi Cowley Clinical Assistant Heidi was born in 1980 on one November 20th afternoon in Grand Junction,Colorado. She moved to Las Vegas when she was seven and definitely calls Vegas home. She graduated from Las Vegas High School in 1999. She started assisting in orthodontics her junior year of high school and has enjoyed the field and all her learning experiences. She has been working for Dr. Truman since June of 2006 and has really enjoyed the friendships and closeness with all her co-workers. She has one son named Kaiden, of whom is her life. She welcomed him into her life one December afternoon in 2002. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, swimming, spending time at her family's cabin at Lake Mead, water skiing, scrapbooking, and photography. Tristin Crouch Clinical Assistant I was born and raised in East Las Vegas. The one time I moved put me only a mile from our original house. I still live at home, and am a huge family girl! I just love my family. My older brother is my best friend. I graduated from the College of Southern Nevada High School with 28 credits, but am still working towards a degree. My favorite thing to do at home is sew. Working as an assistant allows me to meet so many different people of all ages. I take pleasure in helping to perfect their smiles. I know our patients enjoy coming here, because we all enjoy coming here! We’re all one big family. Emily Gubler Clinical Assistant My dad’s job has taken me all over the world, but I hail from Las Vegas, since I have lived here the longest. I’m currently attending Nevada State College and am pursuing my degree in nursing. I love rock climbing, skydiving, hiking, and anything to do with the great outdoors. I love art, music, sports, and socializing. I adore the people I work with- they’re like my family! Dr. Truman is a fabulous boss to work for, and I consider myself blessed to be one of the few people in this world that can say I look forward to coming to work. The best part of my job is creating beautiful smiles and seeing the boost of confidence people receive once they’re done with their treatment. I enjoy building friendships with my patients and getting to hear about their lives and what they’re up to. Barbara Kramer Records Technician/Lab Technician I was born into a military family in California, and then spent four years in Germany. I’ve been in Las Vegas since I was six years old. I married the love of my life, Alex, in the summer of 2008! We both love playing volleyball (it’s how we met!) and we are huge fans of the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels! As the records technician, I get to meet each and every patient before they get their braces on. I enjoy getting each patient pumped up for their braces- especially since I’ve got braces, too! I’ve never had such a rewarding job, where I get up in the morning and no matter how tired I may be, I’m excited to get to work! Dr. Truman is a great doctor and is very easy-going, and it really rubs off in the office. I love all the girls I work with, too! They make each and every day interesting and tons of fun! I’m working with my best friends!
